Battista di Biagio Sanguigni

Italian illuminator and painter. He entered the Florentine confraternity of San Niccolò al Carmine in 1415 and was named among its rectors in 1418. In 1417 he stood guarantor for the admission of Guido di Pietro, the future Fra Angelico, to the confraternity.
