David II Ryckaert

1586 – 1642

Flemish painter, part of a family of painters, son of David Ryckaert I (the Elder), elder brother of the landscape painter Maerten Ryckaert. David trained with his father and became a master of the Antwerp Guild of Saint Luke in 1607-08. He spent his entire career in Antwerp.
