Dutch painter, part of a family of painters, specialised in landscapes. He was the son and pupil of Willem Dalens (1628-1675), and the grandson of Dirck Dalens I , both of whom were landscape painters in Haarlem and Dordrecht and, later, in Amsterdam. His son was Dirck Dalens III.Show more
