Ercole II Procaccini
1596 – 1676
Italian painter, part of a family of painters, son of Carlo Antonio Procaccini and grandson of Ercole Procaccini I. He first apprenticed with his father, then in 1621 he was enrolled in the first session of the Accademia Ambrosiana. Later he was trained with his uncle Giulio Cesare Procaccini.
