Giacomo Favretto
1849 – 1887
Italian painter and draughtsman. He studied at the Accademia in Venice from 1864 to 1875. He lost an eye through a blood infection in 1877, but he recovered his general health and stayed on at the Accademia as an assistant until 1878.
