Henriëtte Geertruida Knip
1783 – 1842
Dutch painter, part of a family of artists, daughter of Nicolaas Frederik Knip. Like her brother, Josephus Augustus Knip, she was taught by her father. In 1803 she left for Paris, where she received further training from Gerard van Spaendonck.
