1622 – 1666

Beerstraten was the name of two Dutch landscape painters. Anthonie (1639-65) painted mostly snow scenes somewhat similar to those of Hendrick Avercamp; Jan Abrahamsz used more conventional subject matter. Jan Abrahamsz.
