Jaume Baço Jacomart
1411 – 1461
Spanish painter. He enjoyed the patronage of King Alfonso V of Aragon (reg 1416-58) and of his son John II (reg 1458-79). In 1440 he was summoned to Italy by Alfonso, who was laying siege to Naples; he abandoned the work he had in progress and left Valencia late in 1442.
