Jean-Charles-Joseph Rémond
1795 – 1875
French painter, pupil of Jean-Victor Bertin and Jean-Baptiste Regnault. He won the prestigious Grand Prix de Paysage Historique in 1821 with L'Enlèvement de Proserpine par Pluton.
