Jean-Louis Pascal
1837 – 1920
French architect. He had exemplary training at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in the atelier of Charles-Auguste Questel and worked in the construction office of the Paris Opra with Charles Garnier in 1861-66. In 1866 he won the Prix de Rome with a plan for a townhouse.
