Johann Georg Trautmann

1713 – 1769

German painter and etcher. He was a student of Ferdinand Bellon in Zweibrücken and, in Frankfurt, he studied with Hugo Schlegel (1679-1737) and Gabriel Kiesewetter (1711-1753). In 1761, he was named painter to the court of the Elector Palatine.
