Justus de Verwer
1625 – 1689
Dutch painter. He was the son and pupil of the marine painter Abraham de Verwer. Between 1651 and 1656 he worked for the Vereenigde Oostindische Compagnie (VOC, Dutch East India Company) and traveled to the East Indies.
