Károly the Younger Markó
1822 – 1891
Painter, son of Károly Markó the Elder. He studied in the landscape painting department of the Akademie der Bildenden Künste in Vienna (1836) and from 1838 under his father in Italy. In 1843 he visited Rome and Florence, and in 1845 he took part in the exhibitions of the Societa Promotrice di Belle Arti in Florence.
