Flemish painter. He probably went to Italy in 1650-51 and then became a master of the Guild of St Luke in Antwerp. In 1668 he worked for Charles Le Brun at his Parisian tapestry workshop, as well as being a court painter ('peintre ordinaire du roi').Show more
