Willem Bartsius

Willem Bartsius (also spelt Bartius, Baldeus and Baldesius), Dutch painter. His father, Paulus Pietersz. Bartsius, was a stadpensionaris, or legal adviser to the town council of Enkhuizen and his sister, Aagje married the landscape and figure painter Pieter Simonsz.
