Jacob Elias La Fargue
1735 – 1771
Dutch painter, part of the La Fargue family of artists. He was the younger brother of Paulus Constantijn La Fargue. The oeuvre of Jacob Elias, who regularly collaborated with Paulus, consists mostly of paintings and drawings of The Hague and surroundings, but he also depicted Haarlem, Amsterdam, Utrecht and Amersfoort.
